It has come to our attention that a company may be impersonating Optima and attempting to mislead consumers. Please note the image below as one example. Optima will ONLY contact you after you have first contacted us directly and requested information about our services.

If you do receive an unsolicited call that sounds like the transcription below, we encourage you to email our Brand Protection Group directly at bpg@optimataxrelief.com so that we may continue to track these issues and take the appropriate measures to put a stop to these actions.

CLASS ACTION UPDATE:
If you’ve been victimized by these fraudulent activities, you may be eligible to join a class action lawsuit Optima is seeking to bring against these scam outfits. To learn more about participating in this class action lawsuit, individuals can email classaction@optimataxrelief.com. Please include in your email any information related to the source of the scam activity, such as voice recordings, texts, and phone numbers of the scammers used to contact you posing as “Optima” or a name that sounds similar to Optima, such as “Optimal.”

- Never provide personal or financial information to unknown callers.
- Verify the legitimacy of any caller by contacting the company directly using official contact information.
